@wilkinson.graphics thanks for sharing. I wished someone would make this an easy workflow to create aerial-like imagery. More at https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/tordans/diary/401804 and https://jakecoppinger.com/2022/12/creating-aerial-imagery-with-a-bike-helmet-camera-and-opendronemap/ and […]

So geht Reallabor! @anders raindrop.io is what I am using now. I used diigo.com for ages after del.icio.us. But had to switch last year because they just did not get their bugs resolved. Raindrop is great. Many other are doing Pinterest style visual stuff that’s not for me.

Also, here are the docs on the Overture Maps Buildings Layer https://docs.overturemaps.org/guides/buildings/ which has a nice example showing different data sources in one place at https://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=16/32.58952/-117.04515

(2/2) I was confused because some other data in OSM was different from Overture next to that missing building. But it turns out, those buildings where changed only recently https://osmcha.org/changesets/154211890. The Overture Raw data show "source OSM" for those buildings […]

I think I understand it now: Facebook/Mapillary switched from the https://daylightmap.org/ buildings source to the Overture Maps Buildings source (which AFAIK is largely the same, but daylight is being migrated to Overture). The Overture Buildings Data do favor OSM over AI Data in general but […]
