Okay, we have a workaround, for now! It would appear the AppView is building the did:web string from the server provided when you first log in... instead of querying the PDS.
So, if you log out, log back in but use "pds.tophhie.cloud" instead of "tophhie.social", you should be able to upload...

Oh, that is strange! Are you using a different AppView by any chance? Does it work if you use the Bluesky app/website?
