Facts nerd. Currently living life in a constant state of concern and posting more often than I plan to. I seem to be growing more sarcastic by the day. Apologies for that.
He thinks this is the way to avoid elections. He has said it, multiple times. But I think - I hope? This may be the one thing that finally makes Congress remember they are a co-equal branch. We'll see if it's too late.

How many international fans are going to be willing to turn over their social media histories, anyway? I can't imagine a lot.

When I was a child, we had a cat that brought pebbles as a kitten every time he was fed. As he grew, it progressed into needing a series of bells around his neck to warn the neighborhood birds.

It was both the sweetest gesture and the most horrifying thing. I am grateful for indoor cats now.

Translation: "From now on, if you don't want students to die in a hail of gunfire, please make sure that they have plenty of people with guns watching them at all times so I can go on promoting as much hate as possible with no repercussions."

To be fair, fish is brain-food. So, even if they are just fisherman we can probably stretch it to say they drug kingpins?

Huh. I wonder what reason "private companies" would have to let people go on leave to work on the "government tech force". I'm sure it isn't at all something to be worried about. We definitely want people who owe their future employment to various oligarchs working with our private data.

That's the part I missed. I didn't realize Epstein was also in the image.

Are there not too many hands in that photo? Either there's a third person in there or something isn't right.

I love this. I am also worried it will take us to "The Supreme Court just ruled that the President can commit fraud as long as he's doing it as part of his official duties."

At this point there's lots. But certainly a valid one.

Yeah, the court has made sure that it is open season on "gratuities".

But of course, this is "official business", so bribes are totally cool. Gold bars for Trump, decisions between healthcare and rent for the plebs.

I agree. But I am still very worried about the 'stealing elections' part. I suspect we may see ICE and National Guard as "observers" next time around as well as attempts to outlaw mail in balloting. We have to be getting the message out early to show up and vote no matter how difficult it is.

This is happening under the principal of "Give me your lunch money or else".

Not only illegal. This administration has proven over and over that they will change requirements or just ignore qualifications on a whim. These "gold cards" aren't worth the plastic they are printed on.

And here we all thought we were done with the "No blood for oil" protests.

More accurately for now - "No blood for oil when we aren't even bothering to promote renewable energy anymore"

I almost forgot that Trump had invented the airplane. That was right after he discovered penicillin, wasn't it?

How to wreck the tourist industry in one easy step.

This isn't new, though. Trump has been nothing but Putin's pawn since his second term started. He's talked a big game and then done zero to ever harm Russia in any way.

Yes, it should be talked about, screamed about. But it isn't new.

Nothing is going to end well. But that is what people expect me to say, so who knows. There's always the nonzero chance it finally sparks outrage from the mainstream media.

If that doesn't work, we can still try to get him to wear a tan suit. I hear that really does it.
