Hissing Bard: "Yes, yes, my Patron... I will OBEY your DARK WILL."

Some Prince with a Penchant for Ballads: "Good, good. Make this one about a moonshiner who kidnaps his own wife to marry her again."

Hissing Bard: "Yeesss... I obey..."

Going to the nearest department store, eh?

Spent some time in Persidio visiting a college buddy. Two hours to get McDonald's, I think? State is too dang big.

"Fun Home" actually made me come out. I emailed her about it and told her and thanked her, and she gave me the nicest reply. Fantastic person.

Mentioning cause it seems like it might be a useful or thought provoking in a good way, as far as figuring out how you want to portray your experiences to others. (Also, Bechdel is just... a damn good writer. Fun Home changed me in ways I can't easily articulate.)
