I adopted the Phillies as my NL club when I got married, FIL is a Phillies fan. He became a Phillies fan when the Dodgers left Brooklyn. Logical step for me to is to latch on to the Phils.

I read your book while my mom was in the hospital for 6 weeks. The book itself was very good and extremely informative, but I cannot recommend reading it while sitting in a hospital.

For a variety of reasons, this summer has sucked on the gardening front. But I stopped at a produce stand and they had chub cukes on sale. I bought a few pounds and made some quick pickles.

I am not able to watch tonight, but Amazon absolutely sucks at streaming live sports. When the Thursday night football isn't buffering, it's pixelated as shit.

If they put the good songs from Load and Re-Load on one album it would be good. However, both albums fall flat on their own.

The bad tracks on each album drag them down.

This happened to me several years ago. I was talking to our neighbor who owns one of the old farm houses in SW Mpls who was complaining about water in his basement. The next week the sewer backed up and we had at least an inch of water throughout our basement.

Lesson learned.
