SteamOS is a pretty flushed out desktop operating system even today when there isn't any desktop hardware that's made to use it. My steam deck is more functional than my laptop and it doesn't shutdown to install updates

The implication is that these people took a sick day because they weren't getting paid but there are a million reasons people take sick leave. Linking all your sick leave into some kind of insubordination or anti patriotism agenda is pretty dumb.

I went through the ringer with FedEx to find out the truth and what I learned is that the foreign shipper can choose to pay extra to cover import fees (this is a FedEx feature). They literally can ship you something and cover the tariff if they choose to

I was extra pissed cause the tax was only like $4 but FedEx added on $6 worth of fees. Wtf is a fee to pay taxes? Absolutely scammy

Fedex sent me one of those and the package never even shipped, never entered the country even though the slip had a date of entry! I had to open a ticked with FedEx for like 6 weeks before they fixed it. They charged me a tariff because somebody bought a shipping label to my address!

Costco makes value for their customers quite literally. I get way more back in cash rewards every year than I spend on the membership. And I'm a single guy shopping for one.
