It's so complex isn't it? I've read Haidt's books and enjoyed them. There are compelling narratives there, but so many other factors influence mental health. What is your take on it?

Perhaps it's just me but there is no reduction in days! It's still a dread for 6 days whichever side of the week you sit on

DFE and Ofsted need to sing from the same hymn sheet. Positive things are coming out of DFE. Ofsted are still clinging onto the knowledge rich narrative

10 million is (crazily) nothing. You can't achieve a huge amount with that. However, my new build PRU cost 4 million in 2014.
