Update on this. So having the game installed in the Steamdeck instead of the SD card makes the game run even better. I’m about to do some more experimentation on this to make it run almost as good as the previous Spider-Man games. This is a lot of fun

Success! I manage to get that game running better! Just need to figure out the texture quality and mess around with the performance a little bit but I now have a game! A functioning game in my hands. Thank you internet and thank you Aries determination

On the bright side of doing this, figuring out how to make a game run smoother on steamdeck I’m learning new tricks and techniques that can help other games I have perform better like Marvel Rivals. Made that one run FLAWLESSLY. I should play that after having a month hiatus away from it
