Comrie gave the team two straight great starts and this tonight was extremely predictable. Maintain his confidence and let Milic take the punishment.

Been thinking along these lines myself. If the team doesn’t have the talent to execute their system (which seems pretty self-evident), is there a system the players can execute?

One thing I think about is how during PMo’s later period the Jets didn’t have the personnel to perform his man/zonal hybrid & team did much better with zonal focus of Bones’ system.
Jets are missing the talent needed to play the coach’s preferred style, so is there a style this roster could perform?

So where in the lottery will the Jets likely end up? Only the Flames and Preds seem worse than the Jets, but Helly will be back at some point to raise the floor on this team.
Sure, some may call this premature. But I think it’s fair to say that this team isn’t passing the Avs, Stars, Wild or Utah.
