Awesome vanity tag I saw recently. My question: did the owner get the tag for the car or the car for the tag?

The comet Tsuchinshan-ATLAS from Snoqualmie, WA, on Oct 13. First the raw photo then the same cropped and processed in Lightroom. Credit to Cathy for finding the awesome spot, figuring out where to look, and help with dialing in the photo parameters. Canon R3, RF 70-200mm f/2.8, 70mm 4s, ISO 2000.
