i can’t believe my therapist is fucking gone! she was literally the best. she sent me the letter she wrote, i might print it and keep it somewhere. this is totally not triggering my abandonment issues. 🚶 fuck!!!

the 2 things i’d criticize ZA for is how grindy so much of it is and would it kill pokemon to make unique models. they just cut to black when something happens instead of animating it. don’t get me wrong i get that takes work but this is POKEMON COMPANY. they can do it.

im gonna ask my psych abt non stimulant adhd meds cuz im gonna be put on sunosi for my excessive daytime sleepiness & adderall never helped with my adhd anyway it only helped wake me up

damn now i feel awful posting this, my therapist is leaving the company & had to drop me as a client… she actually started crying & wrote a letter to me & i cried. im just heartbroken. she was the best therapist i ever had (i have had Many therapists). she’s gonna refer me to ppl she trusts, but
man i really don’t want to do therapy. we do it weekly it’s soooo exhausting
