Actually it seems that the AS01 adjuvant used in Shingrix and Arexvy RSV vaccine is the culprit for this beneficial effect. Some kind of trained immunity effect.
Shingles vaccine appears to have significant additional benefits. Links to reducing dementia have already been reported. Now AD being investigated.
Great stuff. Glad i got mine on the day i turned 50.
The study found that a shingles vaccine (Zostavax), is the most promising existing medicine that could be repurposed to treat or prevent Alzheimer’s disease.

I don't think most people understand that you can be an introvert AND still do public speaking. It just takes a lot of work getting up for it and it drains all your energy and you need to be alone to recharge.
