Claudia, exactly this. Kushner is so compromised, and such a poor quality choice, the US's allies must be looking on in surreal horror.

FFS🤦‍♀️, every time there’s an opportunity to look ridiculously stupid, dishonest or cruel (sometimes all three)… Don’t they see there’s no closure until this is fully investigated.

Reed’s outdone himself over the last couple of months - Go on Steve, wear your red hat! 🤦‍♀️

Well she was in the so-called “Brexit Battalion”. Not sure what Motor Rifle Regiment they belong to.

Alex, 1) Lucy is great - agree. 2) Her deputyship makes no difference - disagree. She adds a moderating view and credibility. 3) Blue Labour is a nonsense - disagree. I think it’s small and has a larger influence than it deserves. So I think we’ll need to agree to disagree on points 2&3. Go well 👍

It would be a stretch to use a 5-year plan, set in train by Lucy Powell, as an example of Blue Labour leading the way. Until Powell came along, the Conservative-flavoured version of Labour were piling in.

Ahem, second page, near the top… It’s not just dark money.

Yep, there’s nothing here for Scotland. Excerpt from the book ‘Get In’.

Great article. Starmer’s advisers, so-called “Blue Labour” (basically Tories) seem keen to win a race to the bottom against Reform, (basically UKIP) filled with Tory rejects and nasties. Starmer and his advisers look ridiculous by not realising how pointlessly unsupportable they look.

A Racist and a Ruscist, methinks.

The US’s guardrails have been compromised, over decades, by State and non-State actors. Bush took the US out of the Rome Statue… Why? What happened in 2003 and why?

Excerpt is from Sarah Kendzior’s book ‘Hiding in Plain Sight’.

Countries don't tend to go in front of the International Criminal Court, individuals do. Individuals have no immunity against committing war crimes or crimes against humanity.
November 30, 2025 at 5:10 PM
Wait till he finds out The International Criminal Court doesn't care if you think you have immunity against war crimes and crimes against humanity.

Good. A previously respected DOD has rapidly become the Department of War crimes with a racist, TV-news-reading drunk at the the helm. Him, and others in this criminal joint enterprise, need to know The Hague awaits them and, when caught, there’s no immunity from international justice.

They always seem to arrive with a whiff of preset right wing politics. I can’t quite seem to put my finger on why I'd think this...

Well he was on a win-win, wasn't he? Shakedown the BBC and neuter it with the help of his transnational crime syndicate.

I suppose it's just a matter of coincidence that Farage and Reform have had disproportionate amount of coverage by the BBC and in particular Question Time. About the time of the attached post Farage had been on Question Time 37 times... Why? Who is pulling the levers at the BBC?

Flagshagger!
November 18, 2025 at 5:10 AM
So-called “Blue Labour”, whatever that is. But applying the Tory test: if it looks like a Tory, swims like a Tory, and quacks like a Tory, then it probably is a Tory. It also seems to attract tadgers with similar interests to many in the current version of the Conservative Party.

FFS! Is Robbie Gibb still at the BBC? WTF is Gibb doing that provides anyone with confidence that he’s acting with impartiality and in our national interest? I’ll wait…
November 15, 2025 at 3:42 PM
It's okay, Prem, it looks like there's a steady hand on the tiller...

This day couldn't come soon enough. Hoping Robbie Gibb isn't far behind him!

Not completely surprised that an ugly party is full of ugly people and well below inspirational leadership.

Does anyone know the Latin translation of ‘fvcking suck it up’?
