I have taken this seriously. I watch my blood pressure like a hawk. Generally, I have it very well maintained. I use #beetroot (natural) to help me.
Today, my blood pressure was 115/65 ... that of a 16-year-old.
Hearthealth is something to watch.

I'm retired and don't drive for days at a time. I own a showroom condition roadster convertible. But it's never left outside. I lock it up in a storeroom which is about a 5-minute walk from my front door.
