Kat, I spent yesterday doing more blocking than I have ever done in one day, of folks who were either a) obsessively Dem bashing or b) unconscionably rude. And today my timeline is so much saner. Perhaps not quite “sane” yet, but definitely saner. 😉

I meant to send you a note when you said you were watching Blow Out, just to say that it’s one of my absolute favorites. I liked it quite a lot when it was first released, but it’s one of those films where my estimation has grown with every subsequent rewatch.

I’m so grateful to people like you and @brat2381.bsky.social who call out people on their knee-jerk Schumer bashing. Given that some of these folks have been bashing him since Biden’s first week in office, the posts just make my blood boil now. I have to disengage for the sake of my blood pressure.😅

At this point, I see these Dem- bashing posts, and the text sort of washes over me in a kind of blur, and all I see are the words “block me!“ – so I happily oblige. 🤷‍♂️
