Because this series is a period piece from ~roughly~ the 70’s, option “B” is inspired by editorial illustration of the era, most notably Bernie Fuchs (and a dash of Coby Whitmore). Readers of TGBS will probably easily guess the name of this location ;) (3/4)

More #Murderbot stuff; early days (pre-casting). I pitched a "living helmet" design long before we'd settled on using The Company's logo as MB's face. I'd hoped this could cover the opaque/transparent iterations, as well as provide some fearsome, almost Rorschach-blot-esue patterns for intimidation.

A recent cover for @jdrhodesman.bsky.social, for a series described as "The Boys + Neon Genesis Evangelion." It lives up to the hype, but is more philosophical / self-aware (in some ways, all the caveats, etc. etc.) and is more like "The Girls + Getting Goosebumps from the Awesomeness." #booksky
