Range of movement.

I've been hanging out doing half pull ups, so I'm challenging myself to do the whole range of movement even if some of the pull ups are messy, or don't really happen!

Followed by L sits and bodyweight dips with knees bent to dip lower.

After the gym it's nice to have a wash kit that elevates your experience.

I've recommended this Sunwarrior protein drink to a few people recently that don't get on well with whey based shakes. It's vegan (as am I) and is made from pea and hemp protein. It mixes really well and crucially doesn't have an earthy taste.

Today was our PT assessment at St Mary's Uni where we taught a 1 hour PT session, and had anatomy and nutrition exams too. It's been great learning alongside the other PTs to-be. I passed the teaching assessment so🤞for the exams and the coursework.

Out early today before work for a -3°C view of the sunrise on my Tuesday 10km. Running in cold weather meant that while a little slower, my effort was harder (according to Strava AI). Changing gear for different icy conditions underfoot kept me focussed.

Here's an easy breakfast to give you your 5-a-day. Just use a handful of each ingredient (apart from the chillies 🫠)

Cook the chilli, mushrooms and tomatoes first, then add the beans and spinach. Serve with avocado and olive oil.
