If pass pro is preventing him from being the third-down RB then split him out in formations. Use him as a WR. But get him on the field. Your non-Flowers WRs are garbage. Stop forcing them onto the field. Use a player more who actually has shown he can produce at a high level.

Get creative w/him.

He’s clearly in decline. Age is catching up to him. No argument. But he’s still a top RB. He should still be their focal point IMO.

But Mitchell absolutely should be seeing more work. Use him like Payton used Sproles back in the day. That’d be my blueprint.

I don’t wanna get carried away. Henry is still really good and should be the lead RB. You can make a strong case they don’t use him enough.

But Mitchell absolutely needs to be used more. That team is bereft of playmakers.

I’d argue it’s Henry. Flowers & Mitchell and that’s it. Sometimes Bateman.
