This story first dropped months ago but it's a phenomenal read.
The stature of men leading the group’s post-Jan. 6 resurrection startled me. I was expecting the ex-cops, like the one from Fresno, California, who said he stayed on with the militia because “this defines me.” Militias tend to prize law enforcement ties; during an armed operation, it could be useful to have police see you as a friend. But there was also an Ohio OB-GYN on the national board of directors — he used to work for the Cleveland Clinic, I discovered, and now led a subsidiary of UnitedHealth Group. The doctor was joined at board meetings by a city prosecutor in Utah, an ex-city council member and, Williams was later told, a sergeant with an Illinois sheriff’s department.

We have a cool feature on Steam for studios and publishers to show off their games, and build up followers over time. Big update to that feature: we just made it way easier to link games and show off your company to players.

Recent Steam updates have improved the Developer and Publisher Homepages to address feedback that we've been hearing from game creators. We've made it much easier to link new games with your existing developer or publisher homepage; enabled the display of social media accounts on your homepage; and are now showing the creators in more places.

Nice rundown from pcgamer about one of Steam's best new features.
I've been using Steam Game Recording almost daily since it first entered beta in the summer. The feature is similar to other DVR programs out there: It records high-quality video of the last five, 10, or however many minutes of what you're playing in the background. From there you can save your most recent recording as a video file. That part works just as well as any other program like it, but Steam's recording tool has a few really smart quality-of-life features that have changed how I look at background recording. Steam's live playback is a game changer Steam's most unique feature is live playback. At any time while background recording is on, I can summon the Steam overlay to scrub through my current background footage while recording continues. Then, without even leaving the overlay, I can create a clip out of just the moment that I want to preserve, then let the rest of the recording disappear in the buffer over time.
