No because they would have lost track position, they could use the information to react/follow suit, McLaren (Piastri) did not have that insight.

It is easy to be wise in hindsight, other teams reacted to the cars in front pitting, as the leader you do not have that information, hard call under pressure.

Cannot disagree with the fact they’ve failed when it comes to accuracy and delivery but that’s down to pressure and how it’s impacted them …..
