My role as a Creative Lead on the Destiny 2 team probably doesn’t give you a clear idea of what I do. So here goes the thread!

Creative Lead is a “Vision” role responsible for delivering a release that aligns with:

Player expectations
Game and business goals
Team’s ambitions
