Am experiencing déjà vu - ‘Heat deaths aren’t a thing’ is a thing again... More cold deaths than heat deaths due to a very high reference temperature in a subset of cities.

Just published in #energy #economics - a paper supported by #Utilita #Energy - that helps us understand how #cold #weather impacts 1) credit top up behaviour, 2) emergency credit borrowing, and 3) running out of credit.
