Have you seen the pictures of his limp? My low-level first aid course tells me has poor leg circulation, struggles to stay alert, and often falls asleep. Can't tell me his aids aren't pumping him up,he’s heavily medicated.

I'm pleased that Canada is moving towards a reliable trading partner instead of relying on the US, which often expects favors in return while neglecting the business aspect of agreements that are subject to change at a whim.
