Hitting every request with a captcha challenge which they're all failing or not attempting to complete and still the requests haven't slowed 😩 how do I make it stop

Have you tried sending a requestCrawl to the relay? Have you tried connecting to the PDS's com.atproto.sync.subscribeRepos endpoint directly?

This endpoint is part of the atproto repository synchronization APIs. Requests usually do not require authentication, and can be made to PDS instances or Relay instances.*

Yeah I was thinking about eg. Next.js, I guess they would need to expose an API for it

I played around with it a bit. The "on" prop is brilliant and should be adopted.
I can see the library itself being useful inside of component libraries where you have complex state to manage (eg. A bottom sheet). Not within product code tho
