Anyway, not that I need a reason because I like to think I’m a decent human being, but when I see my friends dealing with possible HRT problems, all I can think of is: I’d die without mine. EVERYONE should have access to the things they keep them alive, no matter what the HRT does.

The only time I can think this is relevant to show one’s passport is when flying out of a country.

I think that happened on one of my many LSL trips. Once was enough. And at least we were still in Chicago when it happened. Stay warm and stay safe.

I recently pulled a shirt.woot out of storage from that era. It had four cute foxes across the front. “What does the fox sa-“ and each fox is in a different state, saying something like, “Nope!”, “Noooo…” and “ _Make it stop._”

Out here in Boston we got snow, too! Not a lot, but given the past decade’s decline of seasonal snowfall totals, I’ll take it.

I fondly remember snowmageddon in 2015. A string of late winter snowstorms lead to 9’ of snow on the side of my driveway. Ahh. *wistful*

So weird to see snow in Chicagoland for MFF. So many years we went and it was just bloody cold. I'm an arctic fox, dammit, and I want my snø!

When I used to staff MFF, before 2018, I'd run up crazy numbers, but not quite like that. Good on ya! :)

I got on the call at 3:58 AM, and one of the first things they said is, "The network is good. C****, you can drop." 😅

I stuck around anyway just checking out how the traffic was flowing and by what mechanisms and jumped back on for the all-good call at 5:15 AM.

This is a thing we do with snow up here. :3
