Arrived home after our drive home from visiting Shawn’s family in Arkansas to Callie (19 1/2 years young) with a swollen right cheek. Likely tooth infection. (Pic is from tonight) so swelling is down. Thanks to our new friends at VEG (Veterinary Emergency Group) for taking care of our precious baby!
Precious 19 1/2 year old cat resting after having been in an a vet ER last night for a swollen right cheek (likely an infected tooth). Now resting the next day. The prescribed gabapentin on day 1 left her very wobbly, so roughing out day 2. Resting Princess on her 100F heating pad. Dad checked on her multiple times last night.

The Netflix ‘Beast in Me’ is amazing! We have finished 7 episodes in 2 days and are nail biting on the finale (husbands sick so paused until tomorrow) - I may have to cheat tonight and watch final episode and act surprised tomorrow! 🤣
