I believe Alex Pretti was a domestic terrorist who attacked ICE agents in MN, as much as I believe @realDonaldTrump’s ear was shot by a would be assassin’s bullet &, after a few days wearing a bandage, Trump’s ear healed so well there is no noticeable scar or other evidence. —TMS.

There are so many “better” options to spoons for helping explain the same thing, IMO. I’ve used the battery/fuel/power/charger examples before. I, personally, prefer using money versus spoons. Whatever we use, it’s all communicating the same analogy/message - we just hope others will understand…
