Took me waay too long, but (barely) made it before Line 5 starts:

Interestingly, line 5's overground session seems to have considerably fewer red lights than line 6, so that's promising

Frist time writing about Toronto transit, & it's about Finch West:

Not only is it too slow, but we're also aiming too low for our fixes.

So, a better goal: 25 minutes end-to-end. And it's possible.

It's a long shot, but does anyone here know anyone from TTC?

The APIs tobus.ca relies on will be retired by the end of this month (barely a week away), & the replacements (GTFS or bustime) does not have the correct CORS setup, rendering them unusable for web apps like tobus.ca

Will probably do something transit related on the 2nd day!
