Fantastic to see this special issue of the Northern Ireland Legal Quarterly on the Windsor Framework out. Co-edited by myself, Mary Dobbs and Karen Lynch Shally. Lots on Article 2 (its history, how it relates to the EU Charter, environment, and health), Common Travel Area, Governance, etc.
