Sadly I can't seem to find my recordings. 🥲 The dyes used were SiR-DNA and MitoTracker Green. I remember the mitochrondria having a dim but clean DNA signal in their center. Might be very cell type-specific though, these stem cells I used had very prominent mitos...

Hi Lennart, these are indeed mitochondria. I was working with similar cells and co-stained them with a mitochondrial live cell marker, it’s a perfect overlap!
