Gotta say, I feel like my opinion of Donohue formed during the Dogma controvery of the late 90s — basically, "what a fucking asshole" — has been borne out by subsequent events. Sometimes, first impressions *are* accurate!

There's so much in the linked article that left me saying, "But why?"
i.e. Why wouldn't you organize a bookstore's sections yourself? Why do you need AI to come up with a loyalty program, something that isn't exactly rocket science? etc etc etc.
