My hometown: Nah, we really don't need a flag.
The flag of Texas City, Texas, which is just a white field with the city seal in gold with two black concentric circles. Between the circles it says 'Seal of the City' around the top and 'Texas City, Texas' around the bottom, with a single black star on either side between the texts. Inside the center circle is a black star with '1911' printed small under it, and a wreath wrapped around the star and year.
