Hi @rrwick.bsky.social the assemblies are running great, ty! A group of isolates has a putative linear plasmid of ~110kb which is not resolved, 107-109 kb ends up in one contig, rest in tiny contigs. Any suggestions on resolving this? I commented on an issue you had too github.com/rrwick/Autoc...
