Most are area based but 4 aren’t: CYBER, TRANS, STRAT, and SOCOM. Cyber and Transportation are worldwide all the time. STRAT is nukes. I don’t think SOCOM should be separate and worldwide, I think special ops should just be assigned to the geographic commands as necessary

He was in DC. He met with McConnell on the 18th in DC, the government shut down on the 22nd and there’s no mention of him coming back from FL after the government shutdown that I can find
