Leadership and followership are key ingredients to being an effective leader. A great follower support leaders, does what’s right, team player, mentor, etc. Bad mouthing the boss, company, etc is being a bad follower. I’ve never been a bad follower until now. Never blindly follow insanity.

We live in difficult times. We watched as all parts of the world had some issues or conflicts. Well that conflict is officially at our doorstep. Remember to never compromise your values or integrity. Once that happens you never get that back.

Always was told and taught to never put yourself in a situation that you can’t get out of. The judgement and decision making by a number of people in this process is flawed and puzzling.

We lost a legend, Gilbert “Choc” Charleston one of the last Native American WWII soldiers at 101. He was the final surviving member of his unit the 739th Tank Battalion. Proud member of the Choctaw Nation. Rest my friend.

The military falls under the Uniform Code of Military Justice. It was repeatedly discussed about following ROE and NEVER approving or doing illegal stuff. Always know where that preverbal line is and never cross it.

I went to an eye doctor appointment today and showed up 15 min early for an 11:00 am start time. At 1:00 I was still sitting and waiting for the doctor. I finally had enough and went to tell them I was leaving and saw the doctor in the kitchen eating Chick Fil A. What’s wrong with people?

Would it be beyond this administration to manipulate the Epstein Files? Why all of a sudden are they ok with the release? Maybe, just maybe they’ve deleted or changed what they needed to in order to cover up troubling material

I did the Lord’s work today. Cleaned out the storage locker and donated all the holiday decorations to a women’s shelter. Hope the wife doesn’t start looking for them 😬

I went on my training run at 4:30 this morning and dawned my headlamp, reflective belt, and an Army beanie. Someone in my subdivision called the police on me and said I was looking in peoples windows. Man I hate people sometimes.
