I didn’t get to start playing Pokémon proper till Gen 4. That’s when I was given my own game, and that was Platinum. I remember being OBSESSED with Chimchar as a kid and he still remains a favorite of mine.

Welp, one week and 55 hours later, I’ve finished Pokémon Legends Z-A and I have thoughts. I’ll keep it free of endgame spoilers.
Is this game perfect? No. Is it going to be for everyone? Definitely not. Did I have a hard time putting it down throughout the week? Yep. And for me, that’s what matters

Well I’ve finished DK Bananza. Very good game! I do feel like character progression was a tad slow as 5 bananas for 1 skill point felt very slow. Boss fights also felt a tad underwhelming, but overall for the first 3D DK game since 64? I really can’t complain with what we got here. 👌

So this past week, the DMC anime inspired me to go back and finish the Castlevania duo of anime on Netflix and I gotta say, they cooked with these series. Not only is the animation and art style incredible, the stories and characters were also super solid.

Talk about a good find. Went looking at Best Buy for a specific Switch Controller and came out with this rarity. Heard it was out of print so it was hard to pass up.

By far my favorite use for my Clicks case is a physical controller for Delta emulator. It’s not a perfect controller but it’s FAR better than rubbing glass. Even if it does hide the skins I have for Delta

Man, what a day for news. Switch 2 is shaping up to be a great successor. Nintendo really only needed to play it safe this time around, nothing too extreme. Good to see backwards compatibility confirmed, and very interested to see the new features of those Joy-Con.

So I got a ROG Ally X for Christmas and after a week, I’m beyond impressed with it. It’s handled everything I’ve thrown at it well, hooking it up to a monitor basically makes it a Wii U in the best way, and feels nice to actually use my Steam library outside my house. So I got a ROG Ally X for Christmas and after a week, I’m beyond impressed with it. So I finished Pokemon Emerald Seaglass a few days ago and man what a refreshing playthrough of Hoenn. Also I have been blissfully reminded of why I love my 3DS and why I carried it with me every day in High School. 😊
