Yeah they’ve got one at my local Chevy dealer they might be using it as a parts delivery van cause I’ve seen it on the road too

I mean not strictly prevented however CAFE laws have made it much harder in the past decade to produce small footprint cars that can actually meet the efficiency requirements without hybridization or electrification and that pushes cost and consumers seemingly bank off sqft per dollar

Yeah not 100% on these but the US Yaris DEFINITELY has long ass gears -4th to 5th cause it only drops the RPMs a hair
