4 shots in ✌🏼 4 lbs down. Slow but I’ll take it. Definitely some nausea the day after the shot but I can’t emphasize enough how *silent* my food noise is

It honestly makes me want o give you social media. But I’ve always had the mentality of wanting people to know of my relationship and nothing really about it

Second shot done. Food noise is still so quiet. My appetite is a lot less than it normally is. Gonna weigh in tomorrow and see if anything happened on that front even with travel and sweet treats while at my parents

Definitely!! I’ll try to share about my journey along the way! So far, all is good. Food noise is minimal, my appetite was affected immediately and I didn’t eat as much as I normally would
