Yea I dunno anything over 1700 just makes me get fat. Belly bloat... nothing good.

That's the tipping point for me to loose weight. I'm not sure why. I'm 208 as of yesterday

See that's the thing. I'm eating gross health food all the time now and trying to stay under 1500 calories. No carbs very low fat. Im...I dunno I think that's wrong but not sure what else to do. FYI mostly liquid diet
