my strength varies, but I doubt I've ever been over 12%, probably because my main joys in life are cardio based. Lifting/resistance training I've been less consistent, mostly just jobs that required regular physically challenging activities.

when I raced bikes, I used running as cross training, and when I was running ultramarathons I used cycling as cross training, seems like a no brainer to me, not sure why it's so shocking.
