It’s strange how these stories have arcs - The Sleaford Mods supported the Specials when I saw them.

I loved that unit. Didn’t sell it until 2002 - and I’m still gutted - couldn’t afford another one like it!

I “met” Buster Bloodvessel at Hull Uni one evening while I was sitting alone, minding my own business, on the top floor of the union. He ran up to me and stuck out and wiggled his (massive) tongue in front of my face, then walked off laughing his head off! Surreal.

I was more into the Specials at the time - especially the first LP. I was too young to see them live in ‘79, but caught them about 10 years ago in Newcastle. So glad I saw Terry Hall live - such a special man.
