You don't have to have hope, and you don't have to bottle your misery up, but talk to individuals about it; friends, colleagues, therapists, etc. Don't go posting online about how everything sucks forever to everyone else because all you are doing is convincing others of the same.

Lots of people are there, and it sucks. Shit is awful, it does take a serious mental toll and you aren't a pussy-ass doomer for that. HOWEVER, Pat is 100% correct that going into a public forum like that and saying that kinda stuff to bring everyone else down too IS doing the AI-bros work for them.

A huge favourite of mine, and despite what others seem to be saying, just as fun alone as with friends imo.
