I wish more people knew that high achievement in sports doesn’t protect against mental illness — it can sometimes hide it.

Glutathione (GSH) is essential for detoxification, immune function, and fighting oxidative stress. Levels decline with age but can be boosted with NAC, sulforaphane (broccoli), vitamin C, whey protein, and regular exercise. Small molecule but might effect!🥦 🍊

Can early-life parenting impact childhood obesity in the long term? A trial found responsive parenting interventions lowered BMI from ages 3–9, but the effects faded over time. Further research is needed, given that early dietary patterns shape lifelong health. (JAMA Pediatr, 2025).
