I recently went to New Hope PA/Lambertville NJ for a long weekend. My wife and I went to Union Coffee in Lambertville on suggestion from owner at Ivy Lane in New Hope. I saw posters from @ladyfingerslp.bsky.social on display and I bought all five.

I facilitate the grop to ask questions, provide feedback, etc. and I capture all of those as notes and provide a collected notes docs with sections for questions asked, questions answered, suggestions for iteration, and specifics. That note doc looks like this.

Regardless of format, I ask that designers kick off the critique with an overview of the idea (what problem/opportunity your trying to solve for), what outcome you hope to have, how it slots into our company goals, and how it aligns to our product vision. That follows an outcome-driven approach.

We hang Kermit the Frog upside down from either the chandelier or railing.
My wife's family, I think, did this to over-decorate one year, and it just stuck.
