I accidentally drove through North Balwyn the other day (literally took a wrong turn then just decided to drive down to the next freeway entrance). There were definitely some really nice modern homes among the knock-down-rebuilds, but not many.

I think I'm going to turn the power to the heating unit off first, to try to isolate the problem. Hopefully that will tell me if it has some kind of idle load(?).
I don't know a lot about ducted gas units, but that's a heck of a lot of gas used for no work done.

The problem being an extension of this:
If the problem with the current law is that it fails to protect the environment from the capitulation of cowards, the problem with the reform is that we asked those same cowards to solve it.
