What exactly is the "oath to America?" I was born here, and never heard of it. Is he thinking the Pledge of Allegiance? Or is he making up something else to filter out people he has no use for?

How far are we from AI taking a Japanese actor's recordings and converting their tonal forms to English so we "hear" the original seiyu in our language?

After several decades of putting it off, I finally watched the original Cat's Eye and CE2, and I gotta say they were a big letdown. Any story that requires cast members to be idiots in order to function quickly becomes tedious, predictable, and forgettable. I really wish it lived up to its legacy.

It's hard to admit you planted your ladder against the wrong building. For some, it's even harder to climb back down.
