i did this little spreadsheet. Gray has the advantage in Merced, San Joaquin and Stanislaus, so there's a strong majority of ballots in his favor, probably? There's not much left in Fresno or Madera.

i came up with 241 unprocessed and 2478 maximum cures so, yeah. did the CA GOP spend their entire thanksgiving weekend in the central valley? prob not

My prediction for #CA13 based on remaining regular ballots & cures. my totally amateur guess is that Duarte can only narrow the gap by 60 votes, and Gray will win the seat, barring a recount that finds a huge error, or unless the GOP cures massively more votes than Dems. disclaimer below ....
