Woke up to a cockroach running over my arm this morning at 5am, then fell down the stairs carrying it in a glass to flush it down the toilet.
It’s 5:14am and I’m already done for the day. 😭
Can’t say I’ve ever had a roach in my bed. That’s a new one.

My shelves needed to be reorganised. There’s still another two smaller shelves to be done, but at least I got the big ones done!

Had an assessment due for my Masters which sent me into a procrastination paralysis, (yes that’s real). The stress of that gave me a whooper of a headache, and I was reminded it was 3 years since dad passed on Saturday. 🫠

It’s Mother’s Day here in Oz.
Here’s to the moms no longer with us. My memories her are of a bright, full of life, vibrant woman. Someone whose light was so bright that losing her son and two rounds of cancer couldn’t dim it, until Lewy Body Dementia did.
Love you mom, miss you. Happy Mothers Day ❤️

It’s Mother’s Day here in Oz.
Here’s to the moms no longer with us. My memories her are of a bright, full of life, vibrant woman. Someone whose light was so bright that losing her son and two rounds of cancer couldn’t dim it, until Lewy Body Dementia did.
