Think the cap includes a London weighting (ie you have to pay players more so they can live there etc). Logically now everyone has the 100 cash they can all spend up to salary cap limits?!

Every county operates to a salary cap. If they have funds spare then I assume he was booked before they lost to Notts, inthe knowledge that a late season pitch at Hants would be worn as last year's was!
