Looking around the country, Federal, State, Territory, looks and feels like a defacto White Australia Policy default has come roaring back with great ease and little acknowledgement that it's happening all. Apparently that would undermine social cohesion.

It's also a well known fact that community housing doesn't take homeless ppl bc they're usually on jobseeker payments. They get to charge more rent per week by housing pensioners and low income workers.

Don't you mean Public Housing? This term Social Housing means people are still being priced out bc they still can't afford discounted rent, and the discount is abolished after a few years, and community housing has it's fair share of troubles with repairs ie don't complain or else.
